I would like to express my sincere satisfaction with Circle S Construction LLC and their team for the recent remodel of our Kitchen and our daughter mini suit remodel. From start to finish. OMG! Where do I begin?!! Stay with me …. First let me say this is the first time ever that I’ve had to enlist the help of someone outside of family to help with projects around my home. I come from a family of ‘Mr. Fixits’ and have always been fortunate to have them. Three years ago updates on my home started with the help of my brother but one life event led to another and the projects took a backseat. Knowing how much needed to get done and the limited time he had I decided to take the pressure off and call for help. So then begins the internet search - exhausting!!! When it comes to looking for the right person/company, I look at reviews, how many ‘stars’, how long they’ve been in business and what insurances and certifications they have. Personally, and this is just me, if they’ve been in business for 15+ years, my mind automatically goes to ‘they’re going to be expensive’. Then I look at those who have been in business for less than 5 years and automatically think, ‘they’re just beginning and the work won’t be up to par’. Then I looked at Circle S Construction. They had only been in business for around 6 years but they had 5 stars across the board and every review was glowing with several being recent. So I thought with all these positives how could I go wrong. I filled out the info on line late one night and figured I wouldn’t get a call for several days. Nope! Luis called the very next morning and came out the day after to do an estimate. I expected I would have to wait a couple of days for the estimate but he got it to me that same night. What??!!!! Already he’s gone beyond my expectations! And on top of that, he was able to start the work the following week. I had a lot of little things to be finished off like installation of a microwave and new attic stairs, installing molding and baseboards, small patches of drywall repair, skim coating where wallpaper had been and several other things. Two of the major projects was replacing the garage ceiling (a need) that was cracking and falling due to moisture and age of the home (50 yrs) and the other was building a pantry (a want) from an existing closet pantry and combining it with the foyer closet directly behind it to make a mini walk-in pantry. WOW WOW WOW!!! My pantry is my happy place! I gave them two photos from Pinterest that were my inspiration and they nailed it!! They said they hadn’t done a pantry like this and I think they surprised themselves as well. They have so much to be proud of as do I. All of the projects, little and major, were completed beyond my expectation. If you’re looking for people who take pride in what they do, protect your surroundings while they work, clean up before they leave for the day, arrive when they say they will, work around your schedule, are kind, respectful, professional and will make it happen, then Circle S is the RIGHT one for you. Pricing was extremely fair for the amount of work that was done. I already told Luis he will always be my go-to person for any future projects. I hope this review helps anyone who is skeptical about trusting someone from the internet. We all know how things can be portrayed as what they are not. These guys are the real deal!! Thank you Luis and your team for an amazing job!!

I highly recommend Luis and Circle S Construction. They went above and beyond with fixing the rotten soffit and gutters on my roof at a very reasonable price. I am a single woman so often contractors try to inflate prices and make things more complicated and confusing, but not Luis. I highly recommend them and will use them again on any future projects I have.

Fernando is very reliable. He shows up when he says and available. He does good work at very fair prices. Highly recommended!!

I've had several home projects done with this company. They did 2 patio decks that are solid as a rock, a concrete pad for my hot tub. After Hurricane Ida they replaced my roof then addressed the inside that got damaged and wet. They gutted two rooms and did mold remediation. They then insulated the walls and replaced all of the sheet rock. They put new flooring I picked out and then they painted both rooms. Best of all they CLEANED UP THE MESS!!! My fencing (10 achers worth) took a huge hit, so when I could manage it they replaced it in one weekend. These young men showed up early and made sure what ever they were working on was safe for me and husband before they left. I can't say enough great things about these young men. Their work ethic is well appreciated and rare to see anymore.

I was very well pleased with the removal of my Burglar Bars from my house. Next, they repaired some broken Floor Tiles, and they repaired my Attic Stairs that would not close properly! Excellent work!

Luis & his crew were absolutely great! The jobs they did in our house are awesome. What amazed us is they always cleaned up everywhere they worked. Never left each day without taking out all the trash and cleaning up the floors. We will continue to have them do jobs that need to be done. Thanks.

Professional work with fair rates

These guys are great. Work hard, quick, and very professional work. Currently having them fix up my house, and can’t stop hiring them for jobs. Would recommend!!

This company is the best. Their workmanship is top notch. They will report to work on time. At the end of each day, they will clean up before they leave. They will asked you to verify the work that was completed for the day, to confirm that it was completed to your satisfaction. When they come to work they come to work. If I can rate them with 10 stars I would. I highly recommend Circle S Construction company. Thank you, and your whole team for exceeding our expectations.

I had a few projects I wanted done on my house. Fernando was very good in doing what I needed. They removed all old wooded hand rails around house and replaced. Replaced wooden deck boards on front and back porch and deck and replaced with new trex decking. Also installed gutters on front and back. They were very professional and exact in their work. I would definitely use them again on any other projects I need done.
